BTMU GLOBAL Cash Management Service BTMU GLOBAL Cash Management Service (GCMS) is the electronic banking system of Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. The easy-to-use and effective features of GCMS include access to bank accounts and support for creation of money transfer instructions. Using GCMS, you can streamline your daily operations and maximise cash position to address your local and/or cross-border cash management needs. BTMU GCMS Features Operating Efficiency GCMS is designed to add effiency to your settlement operations by providing your balances and transaction details, while enabling you to create money transfer instructions. PaC-GCMS can be provided upon request to easily input payment instructions. Easy PC Access Using leading-edge web technology, GCMS provides you with easy access to various cash management services from your PC. It is not necessary to install any software other than Microsoft Internet Explorer, however we recommend to use PaC-GCMS in combination with GCMS. Secure Access via Internet You can access the GCMS services via the internet. GCMS provides a highly secure environment for its users. Every GCMS user who accesses the service via the internet is authenticated by a one-time password generated with a SecureID© card. All communication between the GCMS user and BTMU are fully encrypted. [Note] SecureID© card is a hardware token that generates and displays the one-time password required when accessing GCMS via the internet. Interface with your Accounting System GCMS enables you to streamline your receivables/payables reconciliation and other account information by downloading your account and transaction data to your PC. The process of creating your money transfer instruction data can be further streamlined by uploading the payable data from your accounting system to the GCMS server. Effective Cash and Treasury Management In addition to streamlining your business processes, GCMS enables you to improve cash and treasury management efficiency by monitoring your cash positions in real time.
