About BTMU (Holland) NV
Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (Holland) NV (BTMUH) has been established for over 33 years and is recognized as being a solid commercial bank incorporated under Dutch banking laws, as well as part of a prominent banking group of high international reputation and standing.

It is our goal to be among the top performing foreign-owned banks operating in The Netherlands and to match the high standards of leading Dutch and European banks by providing value-added banking services and excellent operations. By taking full advantage of the exceptional resources of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), we aim to remain an excellent, profitable bank fulfilling both our Japanese and non-Japanese customers’ needs in The Netherlands, in Austria (since 1999), in Poland (since 2002) and in the Czech Republic (since April 2006).

We recognize The Netherlands as having a favourable business environment, providing an excellent home for (foreign-owned) financing and holding companies, for European headquarters of sales and distribution enterprises as well as for manufacturing companies.

At the same time we recognize Austria, Poland and Czech Republic as the gateway to Central and East Europe, in which a growing number of Japanese companies is active.

BTMUH was formed on 1st January 2006 as a result of the merger of Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (Holland) NV and UFJ Bank Nederland NV.
